No laying down, putting pressure on injection sites, or wearing make-up for 4 hours after injections.
No exercising or any activities that increase body heat for 24 hours.

Appointments usually take about 30-60 minutes. You’ll complete the first appointment a medical/physical history form before treatment looking for any contraindications. You shouldn’t get Botox/Dysport/Xeomin if you have a severe infection and are treated with an antibiotic.
If you have a history of cold sores or herpes, you should be treated with an anti-viral by your primary care doctor before and after being injected, as injections could cause flare-ups.
