Non-Refundable Booking Fee
At Modern Med, we are committed to providing high-quality care and reserving dedicated time for each patient and provider. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients, we have implemented a $50 non-refundable booking fee & a 48-hour cancellation notice policy. This fee goes toward your treatment cost at the time of your scheduled service.

By booking an appointment with Modern Med, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best care for all of our patients.

Cancellation Fee
We have a 48 hour cancellation notice policy. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, your $50 booking fee will be forfeited.
No-Show Policy
No shows will be charged a $50 fee and a $50 non-refundable booking fee will be required.

No Kids Policy
We have a strict NO KIDS policy. We understand the importance of family and that sometimes things come up. Due to keeping everyone safe in our establishment, liability, and the existences of sharp instruments we do not allow kids. By booking an appointment with Modern Med, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Pet Policy
We are a pet friendly facility. Friendly, potty trained pet are allowed in Modern Med. Pets must be on a leash. If you are lucky, you will met the Modern Med comfort dogs Lily & Daisy!

Return Policy / Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to ship it back to us for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email modernmedstl@gmail.com with your contact information, order number, and reason for return. After return is approved, you will be responsible for purchasing a shipping label or dropping the item off at our location. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as skincare and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items, sale services, aesthetic and wellness services or GIFT CARDS.​
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
