Modifying or Cancelling Your Existing Appointment

If you need to change your existing appointment, you may do so by logging into the Patient Dashboard or you can contact our office directly for rescheduling information. Please note, if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hrs of your appointment, you will be charged a fee of $50.00 per our Cancellation Policy. Or if you are a no show to the appointment the same fee of $50.00 would be applied per our Cancellation Policy.“
